Primary School children
I will open young minds to the sounds of a new language at an age where they pick it up very easily and initiate them to French in a fun way incorporating crafts, board games, songs, cartoons, etc.
KS3 students
I help them find their love for French and gain confidence so that they enjoy their lessons at school more and maybe even choose the subject as a GCSE option!GCSE students
I help them build their understanding of grammar points, conjugation and increase vocabulary recall through various tutorials, games and exercises.
I specialise in developing and improving speaking skills and making a student's oracy more fluid and confident, so that they feel more confident tackling their Speaking Exam.A-Level students
On top of working on Listening and Translation Skills, I help A-Level students to research, understand and discuss societal and cultural issues in France, and can assist them in their analysis of novels and movies studied for their Writing and Translation Paper.
I also help them rehearse the delivery of their chosen Individual Research Project for the Speaking Exam.Adult Learners
It’s never too late to learn or brush up a foreign language! I tailor adult classes depending on the learner’s levels, needs and interests and use authentic documents (restaurant menus, adverts, webpages, etc…) as well as videos, quiz games, songs etc to make the classes interactive and fun.Holiday Courses
This course can be offered on a private or group basis for anybody willing to practice their speaking and listening skills (no grammar drill!) and gain confidence whilst holidaying in France and e.g. ordering drinks, buying food at the market or visiting the chemist’s.
